All sales and payments made on, through or regarding the Website and/or your User Account are final.
Products may be returned within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund of the product cost (i.e., excluding shipping and handling costs), so long as the shrink wrap protecting each product box remains intact and unopened.
To return a Product, you must email us at info@painfix.com.my with “Returns” in the subject line and provide us with your name, email address that you used to make the purchase and the order confirmation number. Please also include reason for return and proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the shrink wrap protecting each product box is opened, tempered with or removed, because we cannot guarantee that the Products haven’t been tampered with.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
