How To Apply Pain Relieving Gel For Your Knees

By PainFix co-founder PainFixMY Admin

You can apply PainFix Pain Relieving Gel to your knee when you feel an ache, or before you plan on exerting your knee on a run or hike.

Apply a pea-sized amount of Pain Relieving Gel to your knee. Using the palm of your hand, rub the gel around your entire knee joint. Massage the quad muscles at the top of your knee, as well as the ligaments on the sides of your knees and your calves. Using both hands and light to medium pressure, apply deep gliding strokes around the sides of your knees from the top to the bottom. Follow by massaging your kneecap until the gel is absorbed.

Repeat the massage for 5 to 10 minutes if you can, reapplying Pain Relieving Gel as needed.

PainFix Tip

Regularly massaging your knees and its supporting muscles with Pain Relieving Gel is a preventative measure that can protect and extend your knees’ optimal functioning lifespan.
