How To Apply PainFix Restore Patch On Your Lower Back

By PainFix co-founder PainFixMY Admin

To make sure that the PainFix Restore Patch stays on your body firmly, use the plaster provided. Peel off the protective backing and set aside. Remove the Restore Patch from its pouch and then place the Restore Patch on the middle of the plaster.

To make it easier to handle, don’t remove the protective layer on the Restore Patch until you have placed it securely on the plaster. Then peel off the protective layer so that the sticky hydrogel side of the patch is exposed.

Identify the root cause of your lower back problem and place the center of the Restore Patch firmly on it. Usually this is the area that feels most tender or sore. If multiple areas of your back require attention at the same time, such as your spine and glutes, use additional patches. Keep each patch on for 12 to 15 hours.

Restore Patches provide the best results when used over several days. Put one on in the morning and let it do its work all day to help you find the most powerful version of your body.

PainFix Tip

When applying the Restore Patch to joints like elbows and knees, bend the joint first, then stretch out the patch and stick it on. Finish with applying the plaster over the patch.
